Find the Right Refurbished Copier

Many refurbished copiers come from sales demo models, repossessions or early lease returns. Ask the refurbished copier vendor for a service record so that you can determine whether a copier has had repeated service issues. A refurbished copier will also get cleaned on the inside and outside and will have all of its features and functionality tested.

When you find the right refurbished copier for you, make sure that the machine comes with a warranty (no less than 60 days) and protect your investment with a good maintenance service agreement. Service calls and replacing parts can become very expensive once the warranty expires.
