Most network copiers are of the multifunction, four in one, and all in one variety as they are very convenient ways of saving office and home space. They are also available in color models and most network copiers are either laser or digital models. The multifunction network copier will also allow you to scan, fax, and email directly from your desk without having to walk over to the copier to do the job. Because the machine is still a copier, users can also make collated, and stapled sets of documents without having to leave their seats.
